Yes, absolutely.  It is a developmental disability, but a disability just the same.

Then there may be some recourse against EGF and AAL via the Air Carrier Access Act. Long shot, but there may be grounds for a case. This will be really interesting to follow..

It says on the second page that they had been about to fly earlier but that flight had been cancelled, whilst the plane was on the runway. Apparently on that flight "with crew members letting her son walk around the plane and watch his DVD player". Err... whilst it taxied? Isn't that against regulations? :?
