United Pilots

I'm a big fan of Channel 9 and I fly United specifically for this.  But there are always the jerk pilots that refuse to turn it on.  I'm guessing they re pilots like this guy: http://www.liveatc.net/forums/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=7776.0;attach=3990
