I though the Aviation Clips topic was for aviation clips?
The majority of the posts in the past month or so in that sub-forum/topic have been lacking in clips. Shouldn't these threads be in the "general discussion" topic/forum?
Specifically:
Lightning strike COA114
Rough approach/windshear leads to brilliant landing <video>
ARFF/CFR alert levels
Two fun ATC videos
Air Canada that diverted to Shannon
Air Canada retires Gimli Glider
etc...
(Edited to make the post more clear now that this thread has been moved to the Listener Forum)

LOL, with that logic perhaps you should have posted your query over there, too. ;-)
-
LOL yeah..
damn.. maybe I should have attached a clip? ;)

KSYR..
Touche'!!

I've moved your post and a few of the others to the listener forum. Though the sub-forum is specifically titled "ATC Audio Clips" I think the posting of videos is most appropriate in that sub-forum.
I apologize for not catching some of the threads without clips in that forum.
Thanks,

Thanks for the clarification.
I was just getting frustrated with seeing the "new" tag next to new threads that had no clip! hehe.
Yeah videos are fine.
If you need an additional moderator to help, I have no issues volunteering some time.

I think we're fine for now, but we will contact you if the need arises. If anyone has an issue with a thread (or thinks it should be moved), please feel free to PM me and I will look into it.
Thanks,

Jason,
Great.. didn't mean to start anything. Next time I will PM you :)

I think it was a good move, Blake, as you were absolutely correct to point out that there was forum creep going on there. While civility has its place, there is no harm in calling it like you see it IMO.

No, you didn't start anything. It was fine to post about it. I'm just saying for future reference, if anyone notices something I haven't caught to let me know. :-)
