Tokyo Tower (RJTT) always down more than enough

Lately I've been listening to Tokyo tower. About 8 out of 10 times. It  has been down. What is the point to streaming this feed if it is never up. :|

All feeds are welcome, and it isn't always practical or possible for every single one to be up 24/7.  I think you will find the uptime to be really good across the wide range of feeds we provide and carry.
