this could be a reeeeal stupid question

i'm brand new to the site and when i select an airport with frequency i cannot hear anything at all? i get a quick jukebox pop-up for a sec. and that's it. can anyone assist? :?

Sure...download and install Winamp.  http://www.winamp.com

Whatever audio player you have installed doesn't appear to support MP3 streams.
