Title: The sound card does not install

While installing the sound card https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00Q4WQ7XW/
Rasberry 3 will receive a notification as shown in the attached picture and the installation will not continue.
The same sound card works correctly in Windows 10.
Power is 2A.
What's wrong?
