You download the 10am - 1pm archives of your favorite GA airport from the weekened, put them onto your mp3 player, and take them to the gym to listen to that instead of music while on the treadmill.

Guilty...twice in a row, now!

I don't have a good audio solution for my car, so I....oh god this is hard....I burned some CD's!

I have a session at Hanscom (KBED) that's always fun to hear, over and over. It's where a female controller starts to lose it with 6-7 planes in the pattern ranging from jets, to a Pilatus to C172's.

I was talking to a GV capt and telling him about this website, I explained it like it was music. "Oh what do you listen to?" he said. Liveatc.net!!! I told him, I love this site.

...your cocktail party conversation is about how an Alaska flight had to call 4 times to get a start truck, and ops had to call maintenance for that and maintenance couldn't answer because his printer blew up and he was away from the desk, and then the web updates were down and the planes that ops thought had pushed were still loading at the gate...

...and then the Cork Extractor was missing...

Keith, right before christmas before my girlfriend got me an iPod I was about to record some liveatc audio to a cd.  :D

....you  can tell which feed you're listening to based on the controller's voice alone

or, as really happened to me yesterday,

...you're flying United listening to Channel 9 and you know that the Tower controller is working a different shift today
