Right now the HF NAT feed is being switched hourly via some automation I set up.

If anyone hears a particular time slot that has almost no traffic please let me know and I can rearrange the schedule easily enough. The whole thing varies with time of day, traffic levels, and the optimum frequency at a given time relative to the solar flux (SFI, measure of sunspot activity) and geomagnetic field activity. So arriving at an optimum set of frequencies is a moving target. An interesting project would be to figure out the current frequencies in use by interpreting HF sounder data autmatically and making a choice.
Future plans for the HF feeds...
- adding a west Beverage listening antenna for Pacific traffic
- never listened to Pacific much...could someone look at

those frequencies are current?
- adding a south Beverage antenna for South American traffic or anything else interesting in that direction...anyone familiar with that traffic? The south feed will probably have to time-share with the west feed.
- right now the HF log periodic beam and Beverage facing towards Europe are split through a power splitter...plan to feed those individually to the radio and switch the correct antenna in when switching frequencies.
Any other ideas?
