PBI TRACON/ New Tower

  PBI is scheduled to get a new tower, and will keep its TRACON ( FAA wanted to move operation to MIA ). Does anyone know where the new tower will be built? I know they want to lengthen 9R/27L to 10,000 feet to allow take off and landings simultaneously, so the new tower most likely can't be near existing tower, or maybe it can be.  Any info is appreciated.

Find out anything? Also, about the runway expansion, I probably mis-interpreted how long it would be. Maybe not 10,000 ft, but long enough to allow commercial traffic to land, thus allowing simultaneous takeoff/landings
