Tampa Tower Unresponsive

A bad radio caused a loss of communication with KTPA Tower and a Delta MD-90 to perform a go-around, as they did not have clearance to land, on 04/23/11. After switching radios after a call from Tampa Approach, the tower was back on-line.

...no sleeping controller this time...
