Its quite interesting tape of today's midday incident at Pulkovo Airport (St.Petersburgh, Russia). There is both-engine bird strike short after take-off Swiss-1311 to Zurich.
Notice bad english by ATC! Other russian-company aircrafts are given assistance for translating conversations between emergency plane and ATC.

January 10, 2010 - Swiss A319 at St. Petersburg on Jan 10th 2010, bird strike - A Swiss Airlines Airbus A319-100, registration HB-IPT performing flight LX-1311 from St. Peterburg (Russia) to Zurich (Switzerland) with 123 passengers and 5 crew, was climbing out of Saint Peterburg's Pulkovo Airport, when the crew reported engine (CFM56) vibrations prompting them to return to Pulkovo Airport. The airplane landed safely 40 minutes after departure.  Russia's Transport Prosecution Office reported, that maintenance found evidence of a bird strike in the engine.

I can translate russian conversations to english. But you are cut some interesting (and shocking) parts in russian, where russian pilots on approach and ground translating what say swiss1311.

At 2.30 on your youtube clip:
ATC: Swiss-1311, because catch bird?
PLK254: Because birds [strike] he have 2 engine high vibration.
ATC: Well, I try recognize that.
PLK254: So, you exhaust him!

At 4.30:
ATC: 28 promblems?
PLK254: Problems with 2 engines.
ATC: Thanks.. Swiss-1311, report established.

And later on ground without russian pilot assistance ATC was not able to understand what want Swiss-1311.
