Title: Status of YPAD - Adelaide Airport feed
Post by: Jacko on September 14, 2007, 07:45:09 PM
Hey everyone,

Just wondering if anyone has heard anything about the status of this feed. I just purchased a Uniden ubc92xlt and from my house (inside) I can pick up most of adelaide's transmissions on the receivers supplied areal.

Also I live near another airport, what would be the best way to know what my tower frequencies are?

Jacko,

As you say you live in Adelaide Im guessing the other airport is Parafield. Their tower frequency is 118.7.

If you follow this link you should be able to find frequencies for any tower around Australia by just clicking on that Airports, aerodrome chart

Cheers
Mark

Thanks for that link Mark, greatly appreciated.
