I was listening to this extract (2011-04-20 02:21:27   AA 1705....Too much gas    silagi ) with some of my French air traffic control students (I teach them aviation English) and I could only guess what it meant.  Question : Does he actually say " any chance of a victory sixty", if so, what does this mean and where does the expression originate and  if not what did he say?
Thanks to anyone able to help me.

Forgot to look at answer but one of my students had already looked. And told me about your answer. So thanks a lot.
