This is a bit of old news, isn't it?

They had planned this a while ago with the interlining with VOI and WJA, which enabled SWA passengers to purchase tickets for WJA or VOI flights on the SWA site, and vice versa. This was how SWA was going to have a 'presence' in Canada and Mexico.

However, some of this may put SWA at a conflict of interest, because if VOI flies to some destinations that TRS flies to, they may come into conflict.

It had been talked about since 2008, but yesterday it was made official. So old story, yes. At the same time new news!
