Why is the SNA feed down so often?

Feeds are not guaranteed to be up 24/7.  Sometimes the issue is internet connection issues, local network issues, computer issues, or simply that the feed provider sometimes needs to shut the computer down.

KSNA recording only 4 minutes of each 30 minute segment?
