Title: Slow downloads from archives?

Hi all,

I have 10 meg internet - i.e I can download most files at around 1.1mb/s.

I'm having an issue with the archives where they only download at around 20kb/s. Is anyone else experiencing this, or is it just my internet provider? (Virgin Media Cable, UK)?
The archives previously downloaded at around 220kb/s.

I know it's a minor thing, but the archive files take AGES to download!
Also, how come they are now 7.2mb? Are they now 1 hour archives?
They used to be around 3.6mb for 30 mins! I'm downloading KJFK Gnd/Twr archives.

There have been too many abusers of the archives.  They are bandwidth throttled until a new distribution system is rolled out.  No further details at this time.  For most users this should not be a real issue.
