VFR into IMC Last Night on Milwuakee Approach

Did anyone hear the emergency on Milwaukee approach last night, March 8?  A Cherokee pilot without an instrument rating was caught in the clouds near Kenosha.  He declared an emergency, missed at Kenosha (I think), tried an ASR approach at MKE and missed.  Then ATC vectored him toward Appleton.  I lost the feed, but I'd really like to know if he landed safely.  Anyone know how he fared?
