New ZBW CLIPR32/HTO31 Frequencies??
« on: February 10, 2014, 09:57:26 PM »
Just noticed that ZBW is using two new/different frequencies for their CLIPR32 and HTO31 sectors.  Instead of 135.8 for CLIPR32, it's currently 126.275.  And instead of 124.525 for HTO31 it's now 132.9.  These new frequencies have been programmed into my CLIPR32/HTO31 feed but it turns out the ground side of these new freqs can't be heard from the feed location near the CCC VOR.  The ground side is also out of range of my other feed location in western Suffolk County.  I don't know where these two frequencies are transmitting from.

Hopefully this is only temporary...I'd hate to lose the ground side of these two busy sectors...

As of this morning ZBW went back to the previous frequencies (135.8/124.525).  I hope it stays that way  :-)

Update: actually, CLIPR32 is using 132.3 right now, not 135.8 although ZBW is simulcasting on 135.8...
