Title: Saturdays makes ATC comical

I listened to recorded ATC yesterday and noticed the controller giggling during his TX's.  The pilot asked why and the controller stated his 'board guy was losing it' lol.  

That and it's funny when air traffic virtually dead up here and pilots who request holds for orbits over VOR's are comically worried about shoterned EAC times and hogging the airspace.
