ZDC RCAG Sector "Casino" Atlantic City, NJ

Hear or have been hearing a recent change to ZDC Sea Isle NJ to ZDC Sector "Casino"   133.125 am

Was the RCAG relocated?  I am trying to hear the center side of the comms.  I am not sure how to find the rcag locations, as I have visited both the cedar lake, nj vor and woodstown, nj vor hoping that the corresponding RCAG freqs would be active and allow me to hear the center's side of the comms but to no avail. 

I've seen a few notations of ZDC RCAG locations on Google Maps but they seem to be the VOR's   

Am I missing something hear.  I am located in Southern NJ about 20 mins from KPHL and 20 Mins from OOD (Woodstown VOR) same to the Cedar Lake Vor VCN and about 40 minutes from KACY. 

I am thinking I am missing something completely hear.  Are the RCAG usually close to what they are listed in the pubs.  I know the Sea Isle VOR is located of the Garden State Parkway in Cape May County, I think around exit 10, but I have yet to travel down there to test out my busted theory.

Also not too far about 40 mins of Millville NJ, which I believe has either a ZDC or ZNY freq listed, perhaps both.

Any help is appreciated.

ZDC's casino sector is 127.7 and is the low altitude sector below Sea Isle, which is 133.12.  You should try to pickup ZNY Manta on 128.3, also ZNY Atlantic when they use their backup freq it comes from Atlantic City on 133.5.

Casino Sector should be transmitting from Sea Isle (SIE) - from a reliable source.
