Greetings, I have installed an air-band radio Icom A-110 with a RAMI AV-1 Antenna and Cable Belden 9913 RG-8, and sometimes gets a noise when you pass by my house a motorcycle, this is sometimes how I can remove this noise in my radio. Greetings.

Gonz33,
Since aircraft frequencies are AM (amplitude modulation) they are susceptible to noise sources such as powerline arcing, ignition noise, lightning strikes, etc.  There is not much you can do to eliminate ignition noise from passing motorcycles especially if the signals are weak and noisy and you are close to the street (noise source).
How far are you from the airport? :?
How high is your antenna? :?
You should be able to hear planes in the air strong enough to overcome the ignition noise, but ground stations and planes on the ground may be very noisy.
The Icom A-110 is a very good and expensive transceiver, so it should have a decent noise blanker built in, if it is working properly. :?

If you live 10 miles from the airport you will have trouble hearing ATC and planes on the ground.  Your antenna should be at least 30 feet high or more to get good reception at 10 miles.  It will be worse if there are hills/mountains or tall buildings between you and the airport.

The airband filter will not reduce ignition noise. It will pass any noise that is in the filter passband. It works well to eliminate FM radio station overload and intermod from strong adjacent transmitters.

Gonz,
Looking at Caracas on Google Earth, it looks like the airport is near the ocean at a low elevation and there is a mountain range between it and downtown Caracas. That is probably why you do not hear ground stations or planes on the ground. From my translation, it appears that you are hearing the tower OK. That is normal since the tower is probably 20-30 meters high.
Changing to a J-Pole antenna will not make much difference from the AV-1.  A Yagi or corner reflector antenna will improve reception, but that mountain range will always prevent you from hearing well from ground radios. :-(

Syscom SJ-118 claims a gain of 2.5db so it may work a little better than the AV-1, but it is not going to make a big difference. Any decent antenna on the roof of a 10 story building using 9913 cable should receive planes in the flight levels from a few hundred miles away.
