Can't understand female at JFK Tower

This woman sounds like a 12 year old girl and speaks so fast I can't understand her. I also can't decide if she has some sort of accent. Anyone else heard her?

Here's a clip from JFK Tower from the time the OP made his/her post so I think this is the woman being referred to - I have no problems understanding her and her pace is not significantly different from any other tower controller I've heard.

           I have to admit, after listening to the clip, that I, too, find her a little difficult to understand.  I'm not saying

           she's unprofessional, she just has kind of a strange sound........for whatever reason

I hear a slight trace of an accent (French, perhaps?).

But I thought she was crystal clear.
At least as clear, if not clearer, than some of the controllers I work with in a far less busy space.

Yep, she is not too old for the job.... But even from Europe I understand what she's saying....

I thought it was interesting that the pilot answered a LUAW instruction with "well, it's my pleasure".  I'll have to look that up in the recent adds to the Pilot Controller Glossary.  Maybe the FAA is encouraging a kindler, gentler experience
