It seems when they are landing on both 22 and 13L (just about every afternoon these days) that 118.4 is used for 13L. I don't know if this is just while 13R/31L is under repair, but I'd be grateful if this could be added to the roster.

Would like to hear some ATC from the Canarsie approach in use now.

The GPS 13L approach really doesn't give much interesting ATC chatter. Usually the approach clearance is just "1500" or "1000 till established, cleared for the GPS 13L approach". Then when they switch to tower it'll just be cleared to land. Not much going on with the radios.

I will check it out next chance we have to add frequencies in NY.

118.4 is also used when 132.4 goes down. I heard there was a pretty funny ATC working the freq last night.

Dave, are you thinking of adding a dedicated scanner for 118.4 or place it in the scan of an existing one?

Not sure yet...let's talk offline. For now it would be good to add it.
