The BAe 146/Avro RJ series are not equipped with thrust reversers.
They do, however, have a funky tail spoiler that comes out on landing to help slow.
You know, I love the look of the Avro (Like a mini-jumbo!) & I've seen hundreds of these takeoff and land at EDI (every second flight is a BA/AF(cityjet) Avro), and it didn't even occur to me they aren't reverser equipped.
It's amazing how quickly they slow even without reversers though.
For more info see this thread over on PPRuNe. http://www.pprune.org/tech-log/351269-bae-146-tail-spoiler-finals.html

The photo you've got above is of EI-RJH...I've seen her MANY times at edi. I've attached a link to a video of one of her Cityjet sister ships leaving edi after a quick taxi, followed by an EMB145. In fact, quite routinely we'll have 4 or 5 on stand at any one time. Avro RJs, 319(LOADS!), 737(Lots too), 320, 321, 757, EMB135/145, EMB195, Saab 340, DHC Dash-8 Q400....That's about the calibre of stuff I get to see! Edi is not the place for large airliners - The spotters went nuts when a Corsair 744 came in on a troop flight a couple of weeks ago!
If you haven't heard of Flightlevel350.com you'll love it - It's like Youtube, but solely for aviation vids.

FWIW, the Fokker F-28 also lacks thrust reversers. It, too, has a funky tail-mounted clamshell speedbrake. When I flew on an F-28 a long time ago, I asked the pilots about the lack of reversers. They said the F-28 has strong wheel brakes which are surprisingly effective when deployed along with spoilers and the clamshell speedbrake. Here are a couple of photos which show the F-28's deployed speedbrake:
