NY departure 135.9/134.35?

Hello,
Why is JFK departure using 134.35 as initial departure instead of 135.9? Is this a permanent change? If so, is anyone planning on putting a feed for that frequency?

Occasionally, there are problems with a frequency & 135.9 was unreadable as of late yesterday morning. It'll be back soon enough.

That's a shame that the alternate dept freq is not archived.  I made a funny little comment yesterday to the controller and another plane.

135.9 is still out as of this morning. It will be back at some point though.
