See the answer in the FAQ: http://www.liveatc.net/forums/frequently-asked-questions-(faq)/when-are-you-going-to-provide-a-feed-for-xxxx-airport/msg4569/#msg4569

LiveATC feeds are hosted by volunteers, so if you know someone who lives close to the airport (or have contacts in a company with an office nearby), you can ask them to host a feed (or do it yourself.)
Please check the local laws with respect to listening to and rebroadcasting of this kind of communication. While we appreciate additional feeds, having someone end up in jail for it isn't worth it.
