could you explain what it means [line highlighted in red]  please .

AO2: Reporting station with precipitation discriminator (can determine freezing vs. non-freezing precpitation)

Temperature: 1.7ºC
Dew Point: -4.4ºC

The last 5 digits (51053) is the pressure tendency. '5' means pressure tendancy, '1' is an index of sorts (0-8) where 1 means pressure is rising, and the '053' means pressure has risen 05.3 hPa over the last 3 hours.
