Problems with the Santa María Control channel (oceanic)

Hello, the title of this topic is treated because in that channel when you try to hear a frequency you hear a noise or continue to scan and never let you hear what is said in such frequency, I try to find the contributor so you know this problem, the frequency that really is Santa María Control is 132,150 that is Santa Maria radar, which are those planes that enter the radar in vhf to such a point that they return with the HF, if the one that provides the network reads this, I would like to leave fixed 132,150 and the approach frequencies of the islands are in another section, because you only hear noise and you hardly hear anything in that channel.
