Problem with the Norcal feed

I cannot connect to the NORCAL feed.  When I try to connect I get a 404 file not found error.  But it is always green and I notice there are usually 2 or 3 listeners logged on.  Is anyone else having this problem?  I have no problem connecting to any other feed.  This is frustrating as the Norcal feed is my favorite.

The feed is actually down...it's a programming error on my part that shows it up.  I emailed the feeder.
