Problem with SPJC App. feed

More than a week ago I sent you an email reporting this but I have no reply so far. The feed is up but it can only be heard radio noise. I hope it is just a misconfiguration matter so it would be great if you let the feeder know about this.
On the other hand, I provided an aerodrome chart to be added to the app but it is still unavailable in the app (for SPJC) so I must suppose you haven't done it yet.
