Problem with MDSD feeds ?

Hello, I have a question why the MDSD feed allway is up like 30 min and off almost all the time. I see that feed is recently new in the page and I see this problems and I have the curiosity, thanks

Internet connectivity is shaky there.  Intermittent connectivity is disastrous for streaming feeds.
