Title: Prime Listening Times For HF Feeds?

Hi All:

What are the "best" times for monitoring the various HF feeds? I'm a casual listener, but I believe there are certain times when certain routes are more active?

HF Atlantic Westbound traffic Europe to North America   12.00 to 1900 hours gmt ...7.00 to 14.00 est....Eastbound 0100 to 0800 gmt 20.00 to 03.00 est...I usually find 5616 freq most active..Sorry cant help with Pacific  M50
