anyone else listening to JFK tower, did i hear correctly?

Air Force 1? Think it was, but i wasn't paying too much attention...about 17:00 GMT 12:00 Eastern

Yes, departed a few minutes after 12...it was eerily quiet before that departure.  As always, except for helicopter traffic.

cheers Dave. was actually working so not paying so much attention!

I had noticed some military helicopter action earlier in the day so maybe it was connected...
