Video is pretty grainy...but I think it may be a radial powered De Havilland Canada DHC-3 Otter similar to the one seen here:

That's a great photo though I don't think it's the same plane, apart from a similarity in paint jobs.

Really get the sense of the size for those of us that don't spend a lot of time around airplanes.
