Permission to use LiveATC audio streams

Hey, LiveATC's homepage says "Third-party use of LiveATC live audio streams is prohibited.", can i get the permission to listen to LiveATC's audio streams from a private Discord bot of mine? The Discord bot is only in a server with some of my friends.
