Operation Raincheck at PCT

An Operation Raincheck event is scheduled at Potomac TRACON on April 26.  Looks like you need to have a pilots certificate to attend.  Link attached below.

Very nice! Potomac would be a very nice place to tour!

Question though...

Did the TRACON organize this event, or was it requested by a person or people? I was always told to ask for the tour under Operation Raincheck, not that it would be there and that you'd have to attend just at that time.

Does this work both ways?

PCT has 2 events each year (one spring/one fall event)
