NYC Departure Freq question

good morning

    I was wondering if anyone out there could help me with a freq?
I have heard a couple of Europe departures out of JFK asked to contact NYC departure on 118.17
I could not find that in the freq listings and was wondering if i just missed it

That is the North New York TRACON Liberty frequency.
