Title: NY/BOSTON flights to Europe frequency usage question

Hi,
     Anyone know what frequency the NY\Boston flights to Europe switch to after Boston Center 134.95?  I hear them come up
on 134.95, but lose them shortly thereafter.  Do they switch to HF or to a Canadian ARTCC VHF channel?

132.7,127.125,AND 135.2 Moncton ACC
