I just noticed today that I can receive the ground side of NY Departure 120.8 (HAARP sector I think) fairly well from my location on Long Island. The signal strength is just about as strong as when ZNY was using 128.675 out of Douglaston. It almost seems like that's where 120.8 is originating from. Does anyone know if it's always been like this or is it something new? Thanks :-)
