Title: NorCal feed going away
Post by: davidziemba on May 07, 2005, 01:22:48 PM
Greetings All,

My family and I will soon be moving out of the NorCal area, and within the next two weeks, I'll be packing up the equipment that's been providing the Norcal Approach (KSFO/KOAK) feed for the past year. It's been my pleasure to have provided such an interesting and enjoyable feed. Thanks for listening!

David,

I'm an advid listener to the Norcal feeds you provide to us an seen you were moving soon and was wondering something!

What state are you moving to and are you going to continue the feed from where you're going to move to?

Thanks,
Larry

We're moving to the Seattle area, about 35 miles NNW of SeaTac. If I can get both pilots and ATC from that location (and Verizon will allow me to do 16Kbps upstream), I'll feed from there.

It looks like this feed will go down (computer's going into a box) later this (Sat 14 May) afternoon or tomorrow (Sun 15 May). Sorry!
