cptlc? Or something like that(GANDER)

well, after countless enjoyable hours listening to HF. I've finally decided to ask what

CPTLC? or whatever is.. When ever I hear an aircraft( I assume ACARS capable) they are always told by gander.

"CPTLC" No voice reportings required in the Gander OCA. I know what that statement means, but what does OCA stand for.

thanks.

It's CPDLC, and OCA stands for Oceanic Control Area.
