Just an FYI...was listening during the stormy wx wednesday night (9/11) ...ZBW was using 126.275 for IGN20 (normally 125.575) and later switched it to 133.625. You can hear the handoffs listening to ATHENS (135.32) or RKA (124.12) feeds. BTW...their "usual" BUEC for IGN20 is 135.07

Those are freqs I've never heard used before. Do you have an idea about how late at night they were using these? Usually 134.3 covers itself, 125.575 and 134.0 late at night...

I've seen 133.62 before as a general use back-up, never 126.27. They were def back-up freqs...126.27 was being used for IGN20 all afternoon (last Wednesday) and then around 8:30 or so they switched to hading off to 133.62. Thursday was back to normal...125.575. I know they combine at night to 134.3, but that's not til usually 11pm or later

Ha! No kidding! All afternoon they used a backup for 125.575? I never noticed it at all! :-o

Hey Jim,
126.275 is being used again by ZBW. It looks like it's being used instead of 125.575 although I can hear traffic on 125.575 also. Still trying to figure it out...

Maybe throw it into your JFK#2 scan feed?
-
I meant to do that last night, I totally forgot! I'll do it when I get home from work a little later. Do you happen to know if that new frequency is coming out of Shelton too?
-
It's in the JFK #2 feed now...
-
Probably...but have no way of knowing...unless of course you hear the ground side!!
BTW...133.625 is listed as a ZBW freq out of Lake George, NY.
