Hoping somehow that the feeder to the Guatemala feed would be open to adding CENAMER 123.9 to the feed ?

CENAMER will be going onto an upcoming MGGT Approach feed.  The current feed suffered a hardware failure but will be bakc online soon as Ground and Tower (separate feeds).  Approach/CENAMER can't be picked up at the current (on-airport) location.  The Approach/CENAMER feed will be up in the hills.
