New Flash-based stream player available

There is a new Flash-based stream player available for those who have trouble getting their own local streaming player working.  It is integrated into the feed listings.

Eventually there will be a more hip-looking Flash player that will be able to receive the METARs, etc.
But for now this will help a certain set of users out.
