Hi i would like to run my own feed but i dont know what to get? I have a pro-98 handheld scanner i run everyday, runs on AC. Can i have a picture of how everyone elses scanner is hooked up. Please tell me what i need. Thank you

There's already a feed for MKE, but OSH or MKE remote towers would be nice.  I think nfredrick runs the MKE feed, you should talk to him.  Also try the forum below for feed setups.  The feed reuirements are on the website front page.

I think i would like to do the feeds in MKE that he doesnt do. ill talk to him later on and see what happens

Perhaps Chicago Center over the MKE/Northern Illinois area?  Don't know how far the transmitters are from you, but that may be a possibility.

May not hurt to add a couple high altitude in the MKE and Chicago area...you wouldn't be able to hear ATC, only aircraft.  But it'd fill in some empty space and would be some interesting traffic, especially going over Northbrook.  Lots of cross country traffic goes over the area.

yea ill think about it. i was thinking maybe the freqencies that the feeder doesnt have for MKE or i can try High Att. My main question is what do i need i hear i need some audio cables. can someone link me to radio shack for what audio cable will work on my PRO-94 scanner

i was thinking about maybe Timmerman Field but air traffic is very low. i didnt want that.. Please give me freqencies for MKE that are not in use from the other milwaukee feeder

ill look up some freqencies up north and test them on my scanner get my att. ready and maybe start up maybe later in sep.

Yea thanks for the freqencies. bought a book full of freqencies here are the freqencies i'm going to put up for my feed coming later in sep.

Lawrence J Timmerman Airport

CTAF:120.5
UNICOM:122.95
No ATIS
Timmerman Ground 121.7(0700-2100)
Timmerman Tower 120.5 (0700-2100)
Milwaukee Approach 128.7 NORTH
Milwaukee Departure 121.7 NORTH

When Air Traffic control tower closed-121.7(2100-0700)


Then im going to add Waukesha County Airport

I'm going to start feed later on in sep. becasue have a hardware problem.
