None of the links seem to work right now, but many are trying to link back to LiveAtc.Net
They are also listed #1 when google searching for "JFK Live webcam"

Very curious.

That site has been around for a while.  Just a link aggregator, it seems.  Old, outdated links.

People don't frequent sites with outdated links.
