Good morning and happy new year to all
I was looking for information on a freq for aircraft departing Dublin. Clearance tells AER139 to contact departure on
135.650. the only info I could find on it was that it was English atc now to me that does not sound correct, however
I am in no way an expert. So I turn it over to the experts on this sight.
all help would be great
Thanks

135.650 might be a permanent change, the 02 FEB end time might correspond with the next chart update which would negate the need for the NOTAM ?
From what I can tell it sounds like 135.650 is on the "EIDW Del/Gnd/Twr/App/Center" feed (and cross-coupled with other frequencies as required).
Speaking of the "EIDW Del/Gnd/Twr/App/Center" feed (which doesn't include Del/Gnd last time I checked). This radio is overloaded with to many frequencies as it is. Seeing that Tower (118.60) and Approach final (121.10) are already covered on other radio's it would help relieve congestion if these two frequencies were removed and the radio left to concentrate on the Dublin Control frequencies only. IMO.
