I would imagine it will continue to serve the airport. From the article on Jet Blues New T5 at JFK in the Jan/Feb 2009 AIRLINERS mag:

"As the airline expanded, Terminal 6 was partially renovated, including $7.5 million of capital investment for improvements which included wider roads, new ticket counters, refurbished restrooms, new baggage systems, and enhanced shops and restaurants."

Turn-key terminal anyone?  8-)

I love the fact that they are restoring the Saarinen, TWA Flight Center, to it's former glory. Hence my photo... :wink:
