Montreal centre

Good afternoon from Kingston, Ontario !

Using a DPD Omni X and can easily follow eastbound traffic through to 123.95

My question is what's the next likely hand off frequency while eastbound high level to Europe ?    Am I correct to say that 123.95 is the south sector and 133.225 cover the north sector ?

Next handoff will usually be to Boston 128.05. 123.925 is north of 133.225 and they will usually handoff to Moncton 126.325.

Ok...just to confirm ZUL hands off to Boston and / OR Moncton ??   Does anyone have current FIR Sector charts ?

123.95 is the south sector and 133.225 is the north sector freq ?   Is the St.Lawrence a boundary ?

Yes, both.

Not the actual sectors, but the FIR boundaries are published on standard IFR charts.

Although having said that, I see the Montreal/Moncton boundaries are not shown correctly on the World Hi charts they have.

Other way around, 123.92 is north and 133.22 is south. If you look at chart H-11 off the Skyvector site, draw a line starting half way between the YUL and YMX VOR's to just a few miles north of the ATENE waypoint, this would be the sector boundary between the two.

These two sectors are almost always combined (one controller works both areas) and both frequencies are cross-coupled (ie: if you had 133.22 tuned and could hear the controller you would also hear the aircraft on 123.92 and vice versa). In the overnight hours they hook up with 134.4/127.87 as well.

Traffic on typical north atlantic routings generally handoff from 133.22 to Boston 128.05, and from 123.92 to Moncton 126.32/133.35. While it's not depicted on the Skyvector world hi chart, the boundary between Montreal and Moncton is located at the BAREE and ANCER waypoints. You can see it here on this Monton Center sector chart ...

It's a little out of date, 123.92 is the Levis Sector still showing the old frequency of 135.02.

Does anyone have or seen a frequency "map" for Boston and Montreal ?  Basically a map of sorts, showing what freq the aircraft should be on when flying through that area. My guess this would be something homemade...?

Here you go. Attached below is a chart (pdf file) I put together for this area.

Frequencies have been confirmed from monitoring and should be accurate. If anyone notices any changes or errors can they please let me know.
