Feed Status Indicator

Hi
can any one please advise why some feeds are up and running but the site still shows
as  PINK ( down ) on the web site

In the past when this occurred with my feed, I concluded that one of Dave's "behind-the-scenes" processes (or servers) responsible for maintaining these statuses was temporarily down.

In all cases, the problem was corrected usually within a half a day.

My feed, KOXC, also showing as down when in fact it is not. I thought it had to do with some extended downtime I had last night for maintenance.

Now I presume some feeds that are in fact down may still be showing as GREEN .

I wont panic thinking its a major next time , seems to be ok again
